1. Why We Create Content
At Casa Glow Studio, we often photograph or record treatments and the studio environment to share our work, educate clients, build our portfolio, and promote our services on our website and social media channels.
This policy explains what we may record, how we use it, and how you can control your appearance in our content.
2. What We May Record
We may capture photographs and videos during your appointment that show the treatment process, close-ups of the area being treated, before-and-after comparisons, and general studio atmosphere. This content may include your face, skin, hair, voice, or other identifying features.
We do not record private or intimate areas beyond what is necessary to document the cosmetic service you have requested.
3. How We Use Client Content
With your consent, content captured during your appointment may be used for: social media posts and stories, website galleries and service pages, advertising and marketing materials, educational content, internal training, and portfolio or promotional use.
We may edit, crop, color-correct, or combine content with other media to present our work consistently. We will not use your content in a misleading, defamatory, or offensive manner.
4. Consent and Right to Decline
By entering Casa Glow Studio and receiving services, you acknowledge that recording may take place. Before capturing any content that clearly identifies you, we will ask for your verbal or written consent.
You have the right to decline being recorded or photographed at any time. If you decline, we will respect your decision and will not use your image or voice in our content. Your decision will not affect the quality of service you receive.
If you initially consent and later change your mind, contact us and we will remove your content from our active channels within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the limitations described below.
5. Before-and-After Content
Before-and-after images are a valuable way to show the quality of our work. These images may be used in our portfolio, website, and social media. We will not publish before-and-after content that identifies you without your explicit consent.
Results shown in before-and-after content are individual and may not represent typical outcomes. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
7. Minors
We do not photograph or record minors under 18 for promotional or portfolio purposes without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. If a minor is incidentally visible in background footage, we will blur or remove their image upon request.
8. Removal Requests
You may request removal of your content from our website and active social media channels at any time by emailing info@casaglowstudiohtx.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will process removal requests within 14 business days.
Please note that we cannot control content that has already been downloaded, shared, or reposted by third parties, or content that appears in archived or cached versions of our channels.
9. Third-Party Platforms
When content is posted on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, those platforms have their own privacy and content policies. We encourage you to review those policies to understand how your information may be handled by those services.

6. Social Media and Tagging
If you choose to be tagged or credited in our social media posts, we will only do so with your permission. We do not tag clients who have not agreed to be identified.
If you share content from our studio on your own social media accounts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to re-share that content on our channels, provided we credit you appropriately.
